We appreciate the emotional and financial investment required to proceed with comprehensive dentistry. During your consultation, the Carbondale Family Dental team will review your treatment plan with you and provide a description of the proposed treatment. We will also discuss your investment prior to any treatment, along with several payment options for your convenience.

We accept most dental insurance plans, with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid, but are an out-of-network provider, so coverage is dependent on your plan's out-of-network rates.  We will be happy to bill your insurance provider as a courtesy to you, with the understanding that you know your dental benefits and that your policy is an agreement between you and your dental insurance company.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Financing is also available for qualified applicants through  Lending Club Patient Solutions .
